Sarah is an experienced coach and combines this with angelic guidance to develop your full potential and enable you to fulfil your life purpose.

During the sessions we work with the angels to bring out the very best of your talents and capabilities and to assist you in achieving your goals and objectives.

The coaching supports you in setting the very highest and best intentions for yourself in alignment with your life purpose, and in finding the resources within yourself to achieve them.

During each session we may use coaching techniques, guided meditations or past life regressions to release the blocks that are standing in your way to living your higher purpose. This leaves you free to move forward towards your own desires with ease.

Angels also give guidance where it is needed which is always positive, encouraging and empowering.

Above all it is a gentle, ongoing process moving you at your own pace towards your own goals and towards greater Wholeness.

This gives you a greater connection with your own angels and your Higher Mind which inevitably leads you to more self-love, self-esteem and self-worth.
